Log book for Lt D.W. Gay - 13-14 April 1945

This page from Lt. Gay's Log Book covers his flying experiences from 13-14 April 1945.

Operation 35 was an attack on troop concentrations to the north-west of Argenta, in support of the 8th Army. Two dummy runs were made but heavy clouds prevented any attack being carried out.

Operation 36 was an attack on troop concentrations to the north-west of Argenta, but the bombs overshot.

Many thanks to Martin Hampton, the son in law of Lt. Gay, for sending us this material.
